Bitcoin has always attracted "fast money" due to its volatility and potential for massive yields but this may change in the future as the volatility decreases. However, if Bitcoin is modeled as digital gold it has the potential to become a $10-20 trillion market cap asset, with the added benefit of generating yield unlike physical gold.
