An initial 911 call leads Deputy Colunga to the home of the Hart family where he finds three dead bodies including 31-year-old Charlie, the family's adopted father. There are several redactions in the incident report which makes it unclear who sat outside the home, 16-year-old Alexa or 10-year-old London.
