Thomas Coutay Jr. was fatally shot in an Alexander Walmart parking lot on September 8th, and his estranged wife, Kayla Jean Giles, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Coutay was a welding instructor at a community college and an all-terrain vehicle racer.
