Police say that Kevin Clinesmith, a former FBI lawyer, had made a statement that proves his guilt and a friend had come forward saying that Kevin had called him shortly after the murder and police are going to look at him as a suspect, but his lawyers say that he knew about this case because it was one of the biggest cases while he worked in the crime lab.
