Bette Nesmith Graham invents a correction fluid called liquid paper and starts a small business from her kitchen, which eventually grows into the Liquid Paper Company, with corporate headquarters, automated operations and over 19 employees by 1968. By 1975, she has moved her headquarters to a 35,000 square foot facility in Dallas, with equipment that can produce 500 bottles a minute.
