The Monroe Institute, located 20 minutes from the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains, had a technique called HEMISYNC which was used by some individuals. CIA and Army Intelligence utilized remote viewing and worked with the Monroe Institute for some projects but they were not integrated as a principal operation.
