A settlement was reached between Palmetto State Bank and the Parker Law Group and financial victims who are represented by Attorney Justin Bamberg, including the Pinckney family. With more attention being brought to those involved with the Murdaugh case, questions are being raised about the systems that failed the victims and allowed Elick Murdoch to act as a conservator of his clients.
