Juan Rivera, a 20-year-old man, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder of an 11-year-old girl named Holly Staker, after admitting he knew where she was babysitting on the night she was killed. The investigation led to more than 500 leads before Juan's arrest, and he was transferred to county jail for further questioning.
