Josh, who had an unstable home life and history of run-ins with the law is charged with the murder of Michelle, a girl he had never met, 350 miles away from where he was living with his dad during the time of her death. The jury convicted him partly because they didn't like him, and Mark, a witness, identified Josh as the person he saw in the car the night of Michelle's murder, but Josh maintains that he never met Michelle nor had anything to do with her death.
