Mulugeta Seraw, a 28-year-old Ethiopian immigrant, was murdered by white supremacists in Portland, Oregon, who used a baseball bat as a weapon. The perpetrators, who were affiliated with a neo-Nazi group, were later sentenced to prison for their crime.
