The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control halted operations of a jellyfish processing company in 2014. Recently, all seven properties owned by the company were transferred to Ronnie Crosby for $5 in a covenant with language that said Crosby wouldn't sue Alex Murdoch, who was previously involved with the company.
