The current regulatory infrastructure isn't accommodating the fast-paced growth of technology, and new legislation is required to change that. By rewriting the regulatory infrastructure to be more entrepreneurial, less captured by lobbying groups and more sensible in terms of the specifications around running businesses, the technological start-up space can thrive again.
