Under Idaho's new laws, doctors are assumed guilty and these laws allow for abortions only in certain cases, covering the pregnancies with a "fetal heartbeat", even though in the early stages is not actually a heartbeat. Even the governor has expressed concern over potentially unconstitutional and unwise aspects of these new bills.
