There is concern about an escalating cyber war between the US and Russia due to the extensive sanctions imposed which the Russo man is believed to see as a threat directed towards him; he may resort to ransomware or other cyber attacks to make Americans feel the weight of the imposed penalties besides that of the gas prices. The outcome of this threat is unknown, therefore, there are concerns about what an unhappy Putin does in response.
