Cartels have networks in the US ready to receive labor force people that they can rent out, and those fostering, supporting, and cheering some of these groups as they cross the border need to realize the machine that's feeding off these people. Additionally, the cartels do not stop at the border, and there are at least 80 members of a cartel operating stateside.
