With the growing issue of misinformation on social media, cryptography offers a decentralized and incorruptible way to validate information, through the use of digital signatures and cryptographic truth. This technology, known as crypto oracles, is already being implemented in smart contracts, and is expected to scale in the next decade as an alternative to traditional corporate truth.
