The Schlieffen Plan involved an invasion of Belgium and one man would go scout out forts during his vacation time to do a better job of invading Belgium. This man had a history of starting fires, bedwetting, and animal mutilation before rising through the ranks to work in the German general staff with Alfred von Schlieffen.
