Police receive a tip from a woman named Lisa identifying her brother, Brian David Mitchell, as the man in the composite sketches of Elizabeth Smart's kidnapper. Upon looking into him, they discover that he had been arrested twice during the time of her disappearance and that he looks drastically different from the composite sketches.
