The Stuxnet virus was created to quietly infiltrate Iranian nuclear facilities and damage their centrifuges by making them spin out of control and explode. The virus was spread through industrial boards but ended up spreading throughout the internet, leading to a patchwork of groups trying to control and regulate the internet.
