The Supreme Court is deciding whether or not a Mississippi law that would ban virtually all abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy is unconstitutional, which could lead to the overturning of Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood and give the power to regulate abortion to the states.
