Pharmacy records helped police identify an Adelaide man named Bevan, who was responsible for the "Family Murders" involving the drugging, sexual torture, and killing of five victims, with four of them dying from blood loss caused by anal injuries. Bevan's link to Richard, the fifth victim, was discovered through hair and fiber evidence found in his house.
