Police have released composite sketches and a personality profile for the suspect who kidnapped 2-year-old Elizabeth Ann Gill in 1965. They believe the suspect was a socially marginalized individual with a semi-skilled job who lived alone or moved frequently, and they are asking for the public's help to identify him.
