A man in a suicidal environment in a cave turned into a madman and started bashing his wife and children with a piece of wood while other people found other ways to kill, including bashing and killing with rocks and sticks. The Americans outside the cave thought they were being attacked and started shooting into the cave, while the civilians inside were caught in the middle of people committing suicide and Americans shooting into the cave.
