A man, Marvin Heemeyer, had been planning to take revenge on the town in Colorado, but he failed his plan and committed suicide. Though, he had been arrested before for carrying explosives, he'd never acted on his terrible plans, and spent a few years building a kill dozer instead, until he was denied a zoning permit he'd been waiting for.
