DeAndre Duane Besse was charged with two counts of manslaughter after a high-speed chase that resulted in a Baton Rouge Police Department helicopter crashing and killing two officers. Besse was fleeing police in a 2014 Ford Mustang when Air 1, the department's helicopter, was assisting in the pursuit and crashed.
