The autopsy results of Meredith Kircher revealed wounds and bruises on her head, face, neck, and elbows, with a fatal injury on her neck. The time of death is estimated to be around 10 pm on November 1st, and male DNA was found inside her vagina, casting doubt on the possibility of sexual assault.
