Veterans, after serving in the military, can use their military skills in different sectors of society such as nonprofit organizations or companies. They can be good leaders and the workforce as a whole needs leadership, so there is a need for veterans to step up and find their new mission, however, running for public office is not for everyone as it entails many personal sacrifices.
