The LA County District Attorney's Office charged two men with submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, while allegations of paying homeless people to fill out mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania and Georgia has raised concerns of voter fraud in the recent elections.
