Walt Disney and his brother Roy were made to work the paper route for their father Elias, who had to wake up at 4:30 in the morning every single day for six years. Walt and Roy had to deliver papers even in freezing weather and place them inside storm doors of people's houses. Elias was physically abusive towards Walt, as he would try to hit him with the shaft of his hammer.
