Study Finds Link Between Reduced Consumption of Vegetable Oils and Improved Migraine Symptoms
A study has found that reducing consumption of vegetable oils, and instead increasing the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids, may lead to improvements in migraine symptoms. Although further research is required, it has been found that following a Mediterranean dietary pattern without vegetable oils is associated with lower risk for cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases.
