The design world was transformed when Apple produced the iPhone, giving more emphasis to the importance of good design, even for large brands like Coca-Cola and McDonald's that had previously fallen out of step. While good design used to be limited to elitist products and communications, it has now become more accessible and prevalent in everyday life.
