The Power of Our Internal Body Clock
Our body has a master circadian clock which aligns 24-hour oscillations in gene expression and synchronizes all the internal clocks in our body to a general temperature rhythm to maintain a regular schedule for sleep and wake cycle. Temperature is one of the powerful ways our body communicates with different systems of the body.
