Unconscious Biases and the Struggle for Equality in America
The unconscious biases of supposedly fair and just liberals are exacerbating conflicts and making it harder to move past entrenched feelings, resulting in further endangerment and exclusion of marginalized groups. To move towards equity and equality, we must recognize and fill in for our unconscious biases and acknowledge that the struggle for African Americans to be mainstreamed into society is still in its adolescence.
