Transitioning to a sustainable energy and food future requires continuous investment in and support of the carbon economy until alternative solutions emerge, and investing in scientific breakthroughs, discoveries, and engineering. Becoming a net exporter of energy is possible for countries involved in the oil business, but building nuclear power plants is key to that success.
