According to historians, Joseph Stalin was an intelligent, hardworking man with acute political sense and editing skills. Though he had other beliefs and did other things, the way he defined socialism and thought about it was in the interest of the Soviet Union and the world; however, his actions and control over Soviet Union make him an evil man.
