Defy Ventures is a program that offers support in entrepreneurship, employment readiness, shame reduction, forgiveness, technology skills, and parenting courses. Part of their program involves preparing inmates and formerly incarcerated individuals for the struggles they may face as entrepreneurs and provides them with the tools to overcome them.
