The COVID-19 vaccine efficacy may decrease over time due to the virus evolving, leading to the antibodies produced by the original vaccine becoming less effective. Moreover, a study in Nature suggests that young people, primarily young men aged 18 to 24 years, may have a higher risk of myocarditis or inflammation of the heart tissue after receiving the vaccine.
