The progression up the career ladder in universities has caused a disaster as opposed to the democratic and free circulation of wisdom around the country, as it has contributed to several centers in universities where the bulk of the wisdom is concentrated. This lecture speaks to the constant need to educate on the "unordinary" things in language that ordinary people can understand.
