Dick and Jim filed a motion to strike the state's request for an alibi defense notice because the state didn't provide the location and time of the murders. This comes after the state asked Ellick to provide his alibi for the time of the murders and considering how many different versions of the alibi were presented by the Murdaugh camp in the last year and a half.
