The 20-20-20 rule recommends that for every 20 minutes spent sitting, one should stand up, walk around and look at something more than 20 feet away, which is shown to be beneficial for long-term health. Adding a little bit of movement in the day, like going for a walk, is also recommended for an active recovery day.
