Exposure to sunlight, specifically the wavelengths that occur as the sun rises, is important to kickstart the hormones in our brains and produce serotonin which later converts to melatonin, causing us to become sleepy and go to sleep naturally. For better sleep, it is advised to wake up with the Sun, by building a house with a giant window pointed towards the sunrise or automating the rotation of the house with a button.
