To live a long life, it's important to consume long-chain omega-3 fat or fish oil, as around 70% of the brain is fat and half of that is DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid. People with higher omega-3 levels have larger brains and better memory, while those with lower levels have shrunken brains and smaller memory areas.
