The study of Alzheimer's has progressed to the cell level, where predictive models can be used to identify how the unique genome of each cell related to cognition and pathology. A collaboration with the Goodyear lab is also examining multi-tissue perturbations in the context of exercise and nutrition to understand how cell-to-cell communications are changing across them.
